At Morrflo we are designing all process and pump skids in 3D to ensure accuracy in the manufacturing process as well as convenience for our clients. All parts and components are registered in our SQL database so we can track material certifications, CRN numbers, detailed technical information - and be efficient for maintenance and spare parts support.
We are fabricating and assembling Process Piping at our plant and field sites in accordance with CSA Standard B51 and ASME B31.3 Process Piping.
Our workshop is TSSA approved and we only have certified welders. We will register pressure systems with TSSA with correct CRN registered fittings and components. And we specialize in TIG welding of stainless steel and are using the tools and know-how to achieve weld quality in accordance with the ASME BPE guidelines.
Ours is an ASME certified facility with capability to fabricate complete systems and equipment, including:
We use the same approved sub suppliers for larger vessels, machining, stainless steel bending and laser cutting. We can measure < 10 ppm oxygen in argon protected welds and we do video boroscoping of the internal welds.
Morrflo is equipped with a test centre for full wet FAT testing of all process skids and we have two types of water, 480 & 575V hook-ups, steam and high volume compressed air.
