For your convenience, these systems can be configured for single and multiple dosing points and can be equipped with either manual or automated dilution loop hardware.
Batch feed systems are available for tank-based aging strategies and can be equipped with manual control, speed-pace control, or true ratio control strategies dependent upon the application requirements.

At Morrflo we have the capabilities to create custom odorization injection systems based on our customers specs and requirements. By first creating a totally custom, modular and relocatable designed building, this allows us to easily transfer the unit to any location with a Class 1 Zone 1 Hazardous location area classification. The building is equipped with 7kW main building heat for year- round operation, dual high and low voltage Cl1, Zn1 Junction boxes which are tied into the clients main RTU (slave design), 250 Gallon ASME Section fabricated storage pressure vessel with instrumentation for pressure & level indication and bottom fed design and 2HR fireproof rating for the tank structural supports.
In the event of a tank rupture or spill, the floor is designed for 110% containment and supported by a complete fire suppression system and a methane detection system both with alarm feedback to gas control. The turnkey, plug and play design also has a charcoal vacuum system for maintenance personnel to keep the fume exhaust to a minimum when working on the system.
